Above Below The Line (ABL) Agency has established itself as a cutting edge and progressive company that represents below the line talented crew members in film, television, commercials, branded entertainment and new media all over the world. Drawing from over 14 years of experience, our agency works with all budgets and projects: from the major and mini-major studios to the independent production companies on a consistant basis.

Post Covid 2021, founder Andrew Toth formed Above Below The Line to tailor and concentrate on having the camera crew world's back. The immediate success of the company inspired the addition to a full range of below the line crew members. Understanding our clients' perspective is paramount and we communicate our expertise confidently to ensure their complete satisfaction in growing careers.

Andrew Toth

Founder, Film/TV Production Agent

Andrew was born in Budapest, Hungary, and moved to the US at a very young age. Throughout his life, he has moved around a lot and this gave him the skills to adapt in any situation, in a very quick way. After graduating from Arizona State University with a film production degree, Andrew moved to LA to pursue his career. He has worked in the film industry for over 15 years now and has had the opportunity to work in a variety of different crew and production positions. From the camera department to all different levels of production department, this has given him a clear understanding of the industry and life on set.

Melanie Callahan Cammisa

Commercial/Film/TV Production Agent

Melanie is a Los Angeles-based film professional with 13 years of experience spanning on-set production, studio operations, and account management in lens rentals. She began her career as an assistant and coordinator at Bold Films, then going on to support directors and producers on feature films and gaining firsthand insight into the demands of physical production, and later managed client accounts and projects at Hawk Anamorphic. These roles sharpened her organizational expertise and creative problem-solving skills while strengthening her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with filmmakers, cinematographers, and industry partners. Melanie brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to every project she supports.

Angela Curtis

Commercial/Film/TV Production Agent

Angela brings over a decade of film industry experience to her role as an Agent at Above Below The Line. She has worked as a Marketing Agent in camera rentals and has extensive experience working on set in the Art Department. As a Marketing Agent she has built strong, lasting relationships with Producers and has gained valuable insights into the industry's creative and business needs. Her background in the Art Department equips her with the expertise to effectively advocate for her clients and a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements of production design and costuming. Angela is passionate about connecting exceptional people with opportunities that inspire and elevate their careers. She firmly believes that everyone should have an equal opportunity to work on set and is committed to fostering inclusivity within the industry.
